Took weeks to close a 2 inch seam on a new pair of pants then wanted $20! We settled on $8 with my assurance our use of their service 1999- 2024 has ended.

So disapointed. I have been using this cleaners for over 30 years, both for cleaning and alterations. I called to make sure they still do alterations, and asked for pricing. I dropped my items off, and to my surprise when I went to pick them up they charged me almost double what I had been quoted!! Yes everyone there is still very nice, and the work work was just as I asked. But to say I was a little shocked when they told me how much is an understatement! If it had been a few more dollars I might would have understood, but almost double?!?! NO, I do not understand.

Took a dress for them to take off the sleeves and add back the ruffle that was on the long sleeve to make it look better on me. They did a perfect job so pleased with how the dress looks now. Highly recommend.
