Muy tranquilo

I recently started bringing my clothes to Pike Cleaners, and unfortunately, it’s been a consistently bad experience. Every single time, my clothes weren’t ready on the day they said they would be, or worse, they couldn’t find them at all. I also had some items that needed alterations, and it took over a month to get them back. I really tried to give this place my business, but I can’t continue dealing with these issues. I won’t be returning.

Called to try and get some information on dry cleaning and was greeted by the rudest employee who said she had no idea about any of the dry cleaning services. She didn’t offer to look up anything and just said call tomorrow. I then asked is there anyone specifically I should be asking for and she said she doesn’t know who would be there and I would just have to see. Not really understanding how you work at a laundromat but have no idea about the dry cleaning services
